FAMILY SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Parent Service Agreement (“Agreement”) sets the terms under which families (“Family,” “Client,” “you,” or “your”) use Sittrly, LLC (“Sittrly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to access trusted, vetted independent childcare providers (“Helpers” or “Sitters”). By enrolling with Sittrly and requesting services, you agree to the policies, fees, responsibilities, and safety standards outlined below.
1. Services
Sittrly operates a platform that connects families with independent Helpers who may provide childcare, pet sitting, household support, errand running, or other family-related services. Sittrly facilitates:

Communication & coordination
-
Payment processing
-
Ongoing support
Helpers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Sittrly.
2. Membership, Fees & Billing
2.1 Family Fees (Payable to Sittrly)
Monthly Membership: $19 per month
Billed automatically each month. Includes:

Unlimited bookings
-
No per-booking fee
-
Priority matching
-
Continued access to member support
-
Concierge/text support
-
Verified & supported sitters
-
Access to multi-service offerings as they launch (Sidekicks, pet care, cleaning, etc.)
Quarterly Membership: $49 per quarter
Billed every 3 months. Includes:

Unlimited bookings
-
No per-booking fee
-
Priority matching
-
Continued access to member support
-
Concierge/text support
-
Access to verified & supported sitters
-
Access to multi-service offerings as they launch (Sidekicks, pet care, cleaning, etc.)
One-Time Booking Fee (Non-Members): $12 per booking
Charged per confirmed booking. Non-refundable once a sitter accepts.
Cancellation Fee: $25
If a confirmed booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
This fee is paid directly to the Helper.
All fees are billed automatically through Sittrly’s platform.
2.2 Payments & Processes

All sitter compensation is paid to the Helper through Sittrly’s platform after services are completed.

Sitters set their own hourly rates. Sittrly provides guidance but does not set or control these rates.

Typical local market guidance:
-
1 child: $15/hr
-
2 children: $17/hr
-
3+ children: $20/hr
-
4 children: $22/hr
-
Overnight sleep rate (9 p.m.–6 a.m.): $75
-
Extended/multi-day care: $100–$120/day
-

Final rates are agreed directly between the Family and Helper.
A valid payment method must remain on file. Sittrly may charge the card/bank account on file for all Sittrly fees and sitter compensation.
2.3 Payment Method & Timing
Charges may occur at the time of booking and/or upon completion of the service. Receipts are issued electronically.
2.4 Auto-Renewal & Cancellation of Membership
Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled in writing before the next billing date.
2.5 Refund Policy
No refunds once services are rendered. Credits may be issued at Sittrly’s discretion in cases of technical errors or documented emergencies.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Family Cancellations

Cancel 24+ hours before the start time → No fee
-
Cancel within 24 hours → $25 cancellation fee (paid to Helper)
-
No-show (family not present/unreachable for 30 minutes) → treated as a late cancellation
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in temporary account suspension.
Sitter Cancellations
Sittrly will attempt to secure a replacement Helper if your assigned Helper cancels.
Emergency Procedures
In a medical emergency, Helpers follow standard protocol:
Call 911 first, then notify the Family.
4. Non-Solicitation / Poaching Policy
To protect the integrity of the platform, the Family agrees that:

You will not solicit, hire, or engage a Sittrly Helper outside the platform

You will not bypass Sittrly for payment, scheduling, or future work
-
This restriction lasts 12 months from the most recent Sittrly-facilitated booking
If violated, a $500 poaching fee is immediately due to Sittrly.
5. Safety & Family Responsibilities
Families must:

Provide accurate care instructions, including allergies, routines, emergency contacts, and authorized pickups
-
Maintain a safe and healthy home environment
-
Keep your Sittrly profile accurate and updated
-
Provide a safe sleep space for overnight care
-
Avoid requesting Helpers to perform hazardous or unsafe tasks
Sitters must:
-
Maintain a clear and current background check conducted by an FCRA-compliant agency
-
Maintain a current CPR/First Aid certification
-
Operate as independent contractors
Transportation Policy
Helpers may not transport children unless explicitly approved in writing.
If transportation occurs, the arrangement is solely between the Helper and Family.
6. Platform Scope; Disclaimer & Liability
Sittrly is a technology platform that facilitates scheduling, matching, and payment processing. Sittrly:

Does not employ or supervise Helpers

Does not provide childcare
-
Is not liable for acts, omissions, negligence, or conduct of Helpers or Families
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sittrly is not responsible for:

Injuries
-
Accidents
-
Property damage
-
Losses or misconduct
-
Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where prohibited by law.
7. Term, Suspension & Termination
This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues until terminated.
Sittrly may suspend or terminate a Family’s access for:

Non-payment
-
Repeated cancellations or no-shows
-
Policy violations
-
Safety concerns
Families may terminate at any time by providing written notice via email.
Outstanding balances remain payable.
Sections 4 (Poaching) and 6 (Liability) survive termination.
8. Miscellaneous
-
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
-
Sittrly may update policies with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
-
If any section is found unenforceable, the remainder still applies.
-
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Sittrly and the Family.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved first by mediation, and if unresolved, by binding arbitration in Montgomery County, Tennessee.
