Families can browse sitter profiles, check reviews, and request their favorites directly through the Sittrly platform — all in one simple place. You choose the sitter, the time, and the care that fits your family’s rhythm.

How Booking Works

We offer two ways to book care through Sittrly: Job Board or Direct Booking. Both are simple, secure, and handled within the Sittrly platform. 

Job Board

Best for: your first booking or when you’re flexible on which sitter you get.

How it works:

  1. Tap Request Care

  2. Enter your date, time, and details

  3. Post to the Job Board

  4. Sitters apply to your request

  5. Review applicants

  6. Choose your sitter

  7. Booking confirmed

Timeline:
For best availability, post at least 3 days in advance (a week+ for special requests).

Direct Booking

 

Best for: when you already have a sitter you like.
How it works:

  1. Select your favorite sitter

  2. Choose the date & time

  3. Send a direct request

  4. They confirm (or decline if unavailable)

     

Customize Your Care

Use the Messages tab to coordinate things like:

  • Introductions

  • Early arrival

  • Extended hours

  • Special instructions

During Your Sit

  • Sitters track time through the app

  • If you return early/late, time adjusts automatically

  • You’ll review the final time when the sitter checks out

  • Payment is charged to the card on file

  • Please rate & review your sitter

If your preferred sitter Is unavailable no stress — your request can be moved to the Job Board so additional sitters can apply.
